Appointed by Cardiff Council as Principal Designer for Phase 1 of a proposed major project to create a modern, attractive development. 

There will be a mixture of family housing and apartments designed to meet minimum space standards set by the Welsh Government.

Appointed as Principal Designer by Reichhold UK Ltd for a project to design and install a new 100m3 chemical storage tank, including groundworks, concrete bund contruction and tank installation

Appointed as Principal Designer Adviser by Sustainable Energy for a  project in Cardiff.  The first £15M phase of the heat network will initially provide heating to a number of large buildings in the city, including County Hall (or a replacement council headquarters), the new Indoor Arena, the Millennium Centre, Tŷ Hywel, Cardiff & Vale College main building and Tresllian House.

Appointed as Principal Designer by Hopsea Ltd for a new multi-apartment redevelopment near Swansea.

Appointed as Principal Designer by Cardiff Council for a project to provide a new modular classroom unit at a Secondary School in the city.
