The logo is a simplified version of the Dara Celtic Knot. The Dara knot is designed to represent the intricate root system of an oak tree which was considered sacred by the Druid and Celts. The Celts associated Oak trees with strong and knowledgable people and leaders of society. The Dara Knot is considered to signify wisdom, strength, leadership, destiny, and power. A number of these traits will suit the role of the Principal Designer well given that they are in control of the pre-construction phase and responsible for ensuring good communication and cooperation from all during that phase. The colour orange combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. It is associated with joy, sunshine, and the tropics and represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation. Again, a number of these are attributes required of the Principal Designer. The Orange Dara Knot therefore represents the way we approach our projects bringing wisdom and leadership and applying these with enthusiasm and determination to encourage success and happiness.
